Aramex reviews

Now I have to report this, for the full 2wks, I have been sending messages, emails and calls. My tracking DBP 44140302116 parcel left Durban on the 21st December to Thoyandou Venda Thavhani Mall Pic n pay store till today. I'm getting same messages from Aramex. I have to open a case of theif why I must rate?

I have experienced the worse service ever , my parcel was suppose to be delivered before Xmas but held back by customs, then I have aramex information that they needed to release my package , no one did anything about it until I had to a&e.d numerous emails and call. The customer service does not answer call a, I had to call and wait for more than 20mins ,then hang up..I called again today at 09h00 and was told my parcel was out for deliver and it will.be delivered by 12h00 , it's almost 13h0p my parcel is still.not been delivered. Appalling service ...worse ..I don't know how such business survive with such horrific service.

After rushing home because the delivery guy Dan 081 877 1923 said he cant wait for me, Ive been in an accident. I phoned him and begged please wait 5 min he refused. This is umacceptable. We pay alot of money for courier and you cant expect from is to sit at home from 8 - 5 and you can rock up any moment and not wait 5 min for us. I expect a phone call from management ASAP

Worst service ever..noboddy seems to know what to tell you whilst trying to track your parcel...never ever again...and it was not cheap though...

Now it's been a week still no delivery, from 21dec till now, my tracking number is DBP 44140392116.please sent my parcel Monday morning at pick n pay store Thavhani Mall Thoyandou limpompo. I will be waiting. My wedding stuff I can not postpone my wedding.

Very disappointed. Tracking number DBP 44140392116.please parcel was collected on the 21st December from North Beach to Thoyandou. Till now no delivery, the worse, and poor corriuer company, they must not call themselves courriers.

Guys please stop fooling us, where is my parcel??

No rating from me, I need you to pay back my parcel and time I have been waisted checking my parcel online, our government must help us.

I think madia must follow this Aramex, we are loosing our clients, i have waiting for 2 full weeks

Very poor service, I won't recommend them to anyone, I have send a parcel on the 23rd December till now my friend is waiting. I think we must let everyone know about this bad service. I'm very disappointed, they are waiting my time keep on checking out tracking number. I tell all my friends and relatives colleagues not to use their poor services.

Very disappointed with the current service. Parcel sent on the 17th December to durban still today the receiver is waiting for it. No contact whatsoever to find out what the delay is. Never ever going to recommend nor use your services
