Very disappointed 1. Thursday 2nd Jan.After carefully planning a delivery for a birthday I GO TO DROP the parcel in the dropbox for 3 pm to find a notice...festive season , collections will be fine at 11am! You would think an additional notice would be put on the door of the shop where it is visible. You only approach the box to drop a parcel!??? According to Isabel at customer care it is a fault of Pick n Pay....not ara!mex. I then drop the parcel on the 2nd January for collection 11am on the 3rd January. Customer care advised the parcel can be collected at the depot on Saturday 4th and we are informed it is not there! How much more inconvenience does one have to endure ? Tracking says it has been distributed!

The most inefficient courier service I have ever encountered. One day courier door to door service was paid for and it's the 2and day vita package has still not arrived!

Bad courier I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 months and I'm still waiting

Poor service, I sent the parcel since the 12th of December till date it hasn't delivered

I have sent a parcel put on the 31st of December 2019. My client has not received her parcel even now and it is the 3rd of January 2020...why do you call it over night service delivery when it's already been 2 business days

Still absolute nothing from you

Rating is nil.. Worst service ever, i would never recommend Aramex to anyone this is dissapointing it has been 2weeks trying to track my parcel and no luck..

Taking to long to get my stuff

Two of my packages are almost a week late.

Looking at the reviews, guys, rather close your doors, as you do NOT deliver the service you should. 24Dec till 3Jan, still no parcel......Bad service..... Wont use you guys via Postnet again and I'll make sure nobody I know will too...

Poor service...making use of 3rd party couriers which leads to delays in delivering parcels. Rather just use the 3rd party courier myself next time
