Aramex reviews

I'm not happy at all;since I have waited for my 3 packs parcels I didn't receive them & I have place those orders since 24 Dec till now......

This has gotten so bad. When i put in my tracking number it says that the parcel was attempted to be delivered. Yet nó one buzzed or called and i have called with no answer after several attempts at calling. And nó response to emails or messages left. I am at a loss on how to get one simple parcel from you. Completely horrible experience

Poor customer service..... Rude delivery personel. Late delivery, been waiting for my parcel since 19 December 2019 only delivered 4th of January.

Very poor service. Definately do not deliver as they state. Will NEVER use them again. If you look at all the negative reviews... maybe they should do something to sort out the problems otherwise they may as well just close their company. Many other companies that deliver good service and keep their promises. Sad... think of all the people that will be unemployed... ARAMEX wake up!!!!

I'm so disappointed in aramex I won't recommend it to anyone. I have a parcel in Durban office, it was there from the 21st of December but they don't deliver I don't know why

I send my phone from south coast to durban and never received any updates. Tracking system was not working. I needed it there within 7 days and they advertise next day delivery so I thought it was fine. When phoning them I was told they lost track of the parcel but intend to find it. I wanted to change the destination address now but was not willing to pay more. To this day I dont have any info on what happened to my parcel. *phone was send on the 22nd of December*

Won't use Aramex again. Previous parcel took 7 days. This one 2 days and only halfway.

Rating is nil..worst service ever..tracking online not updated..parcel being couriered from JHB to George..caramel staff sent it to cape town..over 8 days of waiting excluding the public holidays..I will never use this service again.can't they read on the bags where the parcel has,to be sent to??

They don't deliver on the set date.

Thanks for a good and efficient service, I forgot my wallet in Limpopo Malamulele and had my brother send it to me on Christmas Eve. My wallet and it’s contents were well received on the 30th in Johannesburg - Soweto. Many many thanks.

Package left Observatory in Cape Town on 18 December 2019 and delivered in Joburg on 30 December 2019. 1200km in 12 days or 100km a day. A camel would deliver faster Two orders made from Amazon, one delivered by UPS and another by Aramex. Aramex order left America on 18th of December. UPS departed a day later and was delivered on 23rd of December whereas Aramex has yet to deliver. I have told Amazon I will no longer accept deliveries through Aramex

Still waiting for my parcel since 23 December when it was suppose to be 3 working days.

Parcel arrived Kimberley on the 24 and xmas was 25 and boxing day 26 whn aremex say 2 to 3 day and my parcel was send on the 19 from Pretoria so it means aremex does not adhere to its promises coz today its the 30th and let's leave the 2 holidays out so it's almost 10 working days and haven't received it..... And I'm staying at the border of which I knw u will never go till there and I am in upington today came to ask if my parcel arrived and my friend answered NO I tracked it. It arrived the 24th in kimberley
