I had the worst experience ever. The driver who delivers at Matatiele area is the most unprofessional person ever. He demanded directions to the destination of the parcel from me. I told him that the address is written on the parcel. He started saying I'm being rude and he will return the parcel. I said he can return it with pleasure. He told me that I'm silly and stuff. He told me I'll deal with the office. I said OK. I called aramex and they said they will track where the parcel is. After a week, he called again saying he has the parcel and sling me to meet him by postnwt in town. I used my fuel to drive to town. When I go there, he asked me if I'm the one who was talking on the phone. I said yes and he start3d saying I must never speak to him like that. Then I said what I said on the phone will never change, he is supposed to deliver the parcel to the given address. He said how must he know the location? Then I told him that he must have told his company that he doesn't know the given address and ask someone who knows how to use a navigator to deliver the parcel. He then said he's not gonna give me a parcel because I talk too much. I said it's ohk, he can leave with it. Postnet staff came to talk to him and asked him to give me my parcel. I am still going to lodge a formal complain about this issue

I still have not received any information with regards to my package! This is beyond frustrating. You guys are the most expensive but provide terrible service

No answer. No delivery on scheduled date

Parcel sent Thursday, 26 December 2019. Tracking number still not in system, Sunday 29 December 2019. Yes, weekend and holidays, but why hasn't tracking number been loaded yet?? Payment was made Thursday

My parcel still didn't arrive in port Elizabeth why coz I send 21December and now it's 29 why I'm really disappointed coz it was supposed to be there in xmas and this track keep telling me it's on his was to finally destination I swear I will never use u guys if this is how u do things
