What 24 hour service ? Already almost 48 hours and still waiting. Customer Care ? What a laugh they tell you what you want to hear and that’s all. I will NEVER use Aramex again. Even 1 Star is too much

Parcel from CT to NC.... send on Friday 29.11.19... not received by 3.12.19

At times you on time but the last parcel I sent last Thursday it still says it's on its way to final destination but the other one arrived on Friday!!!!

Worst service ever. Parcel was sent 25 Nov and it has arrived in Durban 3 days in a row. Every time I query I am promised I will receive it TODAY absolute bull shit!!! Still no parcel. Pls can I know what the prob is
