Aramex reviews

Order 3 deliveries using Aramex and 2 other companies. Still waiting for the Aramex order. For example the UPS delivery was due on the 6th of January and it was delivered on the 24th lf December. The other two companies never had to confirm my details and no excuses that an error was made with customs as is the case with Aramex. Not sure why Amazon still uses this company because their tracking is so vague that it is useless. Initially I was told delivery would happen prior to Christmas but for some reason I got an update late saying the item was only then leaving Los Angeles. About to cancel the order not because of the endless delays but because of the unreliable tracking

Bad service. According to one fleet controller package was already sent, but according to another it has not even been collected.

Fast deliveries? Worst service!!!! for the second time my parcel being delivered late rather not being delivered...... First time i had to go fetch it from the next town such an inconvenience now same thing is about to happen... Nd u pride yourself with fast deliveries

Terrible service. It gives the xompanies it delivers for a bad reputation because of their poor delivery.

Pathetic service send stuff on the 22nd of December and the stuff haven't arrived yet,if I knew that the service is this pathetic I would not have send the stuff ,and its supposed to be an overnight service

Still waiting on October's parcel a d they said i only needed to wait for three days

Waiting for parcel from USA since original delivery date 20 December, still Aramex website shows update for 17 December only wheras Amazon shows updates to 24 December ????

very bad service we leave our numbers bt u do not call us when u are going to deliver late our parcels my parcel is still not yet deliverd sins 23 i sent to you

The service from aramex is absolutely atrocious. I'm constantly having issues receiving my packages on time, I've had my items misplaced numerous times, the deliveries are always an effort as they barely even attempt to contact you or try to deliver the items. I've been trying to call aramex all morning and I wait on hold for about 5 minutes and then I'm disconnected.

This is the worse courier service ever. On Tuesday 24th December was suppose to get my parcel but the drivers in George they lied, they said they called me and I was unavailable while I've called them 5 times on the 24 to get an update. I still gonna take my complain further I need to see the log calls and missed calls on my side.

Shocking service from Aramex. Tracking on their website useless. Order placed through Amazon on 10 December and my promised delivery date was 24 December. I still do not have my parcel. Email to Aramex sent and took them 2 days to give me a non commit al reply. Really bad service.
