Your tracing doesn’t really give the position of item

Since the 4th of December till now I haven't received my parcela and the way it so expensive I really don't know what to do now. No one is phoning me or anything if ever they they dont get my address Im really stressing out now please please help.. Here is my number 0731192469 please

I'm happy with your service on terms of delivery. however your communication is bad and the tracking is useless cause it does not get updated

Pathetic service parcel was suppose to goin to Durban from JHB... it was sent to capetown... wat are you guys gona do about it tried calling and there was no answer...

Very bad service,I have been told that its an overnight delivery,only to find out that that's an false information,I've been sent an important and emergency parcel but they haven't received it even now,am very disappointed.

Not worth using ur service. Useless and disgusting. No answers as to why ur people lie and don't deliver correctly. No one can give a answer except lie. I Def will use another service from now on. Once again my parcel not even left port elizabeth then nelspruit give a bunch of lies and I am done with your disgusting service. I will also go onto social media and let everyone know what and how your service treat speopel with lies and more lies

Very poor online service since yesterday trying to track the shipment with no luck,called the call center to help whatsoever very disappointing
