Aramex reviews

I received an sms stating you will deliver before 12 o clock. Its now almost 3 o clock. I go on the website and you say rescheduled. I checked on my security cameras and nobody was ever here to try and deliver my parcel. Ive tried phoning and no one answers.

I'm also waiting for my parcel nobody answer the phone.....poor service

Spent almost R100 airtime/data trying to track & trace a parcel that was sent from Pta to Phalaborwa on the 11/12/2019 already. To date nothing was delivered n nobody @ Aramex wants to be accountable. All shifting the blame.. Even Manager @ customer care does not wanna come forward Very Disappointed About Aramex

Aramex putting the blame on Orion their Agent. The agent sends out reports daily of what happened the previous day, but Aramex does not make efforts to contact the Sender. Very much disappointed

Received an sms saying my parcel will be here BEFORE 12pm... it’s 13:00 now

Sent a parcel last Thursday, still not received at the destination

Totally useless and not helpfull. Driver was at my gate and I was about 8 minutes away from my house, begged him to please just wait and went back home and when I arrived at my house the driver left, this was jist over 6 min after speeking to the driver. Totally disrespectful staff and a very useless service. NEVER AGAIN!!

Dissapointing service. Will not recommend them to anyome

Very dissapointed in their service. Urgent package and I am waiting for more than a week already and still no one can tell me when I will receive my package. I will definitely not recomnend aramax to anyone.

Am not happy at all with your service i suppose i got my parcel on Saturday still i haven't got my parcel its still in bloemfontien for collection suppose to be in Sterkspruit

It's been more than a week now and I still haven't received my parcel. No phonecall to give me an update but when I track my parcel. It keeps saying "customer rescheduled delivery". I should've used the post office yazini, really disappointed!

Package sent 18 Dec, 24th still havent receive it and now leaving on holiday with 1 less gift

Parcel send on Friday from Boksburg to Pretoria details clear,receiver still didn't receive a call or delivery on monday

First time user and very disappointed in your services. You received my parcel from 19/12/2019 even today the 24th still waiting. I will never advice anyone to use your services.
