  • Your staff need more training to be proffessionals and realise they are in a service industry. Unless if its just the organisational culture. I had to follow my parcel coz the driver was in an unnecessary hurry and still argues that its the way they are told to do things.

  • I have phoned twice today, no one answers. I have e-mailed twice, no response. Postnet sends an sms telling you about your parcel. You go on the site it never updates just says out for delivery. Whaaaat??? No update, no nothing. I'm STILL waiting ....... hoping I don't have to wait alll day for my parcel because no one gives any update. Pity you don't have half a star ......

  • I SENT A PARCEL ON THE 4TH, UP TO TODAY IT HASNT REACHED ITS DESTINATION. ALL I GET IS THAT THE PARCEL HAS REACHED THE SORTING FACILITY. IVE BEEN TRYING TO EMAIL UP TO TODAY I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED ARAMEX IS EXPENSIVE THEREFORE THE THE SERVICE ALSO NEEDS TO BE UP TO STANDARD. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

  • What is shocking is that I dropped a parcel off in your container at 11am on Thursday, it is now Monday and still no parcel has arrived. Let me just tell you, the parcel contains winter pyjamas for a dying man, who is in urgent need for them, due to the fact that he is so thin, hence me paying a R100,00 for overnight delivery, maybe you should give me back my R100. I think it is disgusting to advertise overnight and then not to keep your work. I understand that things can go wrong, but my phone number is on your waybill, a courtesy call would have been in order
