Useless. 4 days later still no parcel. Jhb to Margate. Tracking app useless. Cannot phone Aramex call gets cancelled after holding for minutes

I hv not received any parcel and no communication at all.... So disappointed

Parcel sent 4 days ago. Have emailed aramex and called them but with no response. Will never use them again.

They ddnt deliver the next day...

Drop off parcel on Wednesday the 17th still not arrived it is now the 21st Saturday final destination Somerset West not Stellenbosch

I don't understand the reason behind their late delivery. My package was delivered to their sandton office which is so close to my house i could go npick it up myself ! Everything was going so well when my stuff wws in the hands of Amazon, they were keeping updated at all times and were processing it at a good pace, but the moment they delivered it to aramex things just fell apart. Typical

Not so happy with overnight delivery. My parcel has not reached its destination.

The package took more than 2days to arrive from Cape Town to Johannesburg

Terrible!!!! Another product shipped to George same day as mine. They received on 17 December and I am still waiting....

Your service is so awful I have no words. How can an overnight service take more than 3days and I'm still waiting. Parcel stuck in Polokwane feom Wednesday 18th December no further information on tracking after that. Can someone please tell me what's going on. Furthermore there is no communication with regards to the delay.

I am awaiting an urgent delivery. Now you tell me that you have attempted delivery but nobody was available to receive? Absolutely not true. I am very disappointed with your level of service!!
