What is shocking is that I dropped a parcel off in your container at 11am on Thursday, it is now Monday and still no parcel has arrived. Let me just tell you, the parcel contains winter pyjamas for a dying man, who is in urgent need for them, due to the fact that he is so thin, hence me paying a R100,00 for overnight delivery, maybe you should give me back my R100. I think it is disgusting to advertise overnight and then not to keep your work. I understand that things can go wrong, but my phone number is on your waybill, a courtesy call would have been in order

Service delivery has tremendously deteriorated, No communication, parcels not delivered. Even the sms updates are no longer made.

Poor service from Aramex.They don't listen and attend to your problem.They must just close the shops.
