What is shocking is that I dropped a parcel off in your container at 11am on Thursday, it is now Monday and still no parcel has arrived. Let me just tell you, the parcel contains winter pyjamas for a dying man, who is in urgent need for them, due to the fact that he is so thin, hence me paying a R100,00 for overnight delivery, maybe you should give me back my R100. I think it is disgusting to advertise overnight and then not to keep your work. I understand that things can go wrong, but my phone number is on your waybill, a courtesy call would have been in order

  • This little parcel was sent weeks ago to my family in NZ. Well it still hasn't arrived in Auckland. I am very smdisappointed as I sent a gift before to Australia and the hold up was Dubai but it arrived much quicker in Sydney. There seems to be a problem in NZ. I will have to send presents in future with the opposition as have experienced excellent service with them. Its ridiculous Aramex in NZ!
