What is shocking is that I dropped a parcel off in your container at 11am on Thursday, it is now Monday and still no parcel has arrived. Let me just tell you, the parcel contains winter pyjamas for a dying man, who is in urgent need for them, due to the fact that he is so thin, hence me paying a R100,00 for overnight delivery, maybe you should give me back my R100. I think it is disgusting to advertise overnight and then not to keep your work. I understand that things can go wrong, but my phone number is on your waybill, a courtesy call would have been in order

  • Terrible service. My parcel is temperature sensitive, it's been 'out for delivery' since Tuesday. Don't even know if it will be usable when I receive it
