Useless I have waited 7 days when they said 2-3 days and I paid an extra R160 and they lied to me about delivering it to me never using them again

Poor service, a parcel I've sent on the 7th and it's delivered yet it's pathetic to say the least. Worse than Paxi

If there was a zero rate I was going to rate your service zero , I have send a parcel on the 02/12/2019 tell today 14/12/2019 they parcel has not yet been delivered am actually disappointed in Aramax to think that I have been using this company for years

Service is disgusting. I have never received my package on time. Yesterday I was told that my package is on its way to my door but I waited until 17:00, dololo! Before that they told me that they cannot deliver at my door, I had to go to my nearest Pick and Pay for it, yet they use R 102 which is, 300m away from my house. I'm so so disappointed, and I'm never using Aramex ever again

How can you say 3to 5working days yet my parcel takes 6days in China where I bought I willwill never use you guys again

December is a big mess with delivery. Parcel posted just past 8h00 on the 10th and still not deliverd where it is usually deliverd the next day. I am using aramex for 5 years now and the same problem each year.

Terrible service! Parcel was sent on the 6the, today is the 23th. I am still waiting!@@!

I'm having such a terrible experience with Aramex right now, I tracked my parcel last week Friday on the 6th December, and I saw that my parcel is on Attemped delivery , till this minute I'm still waiting for my delivery and no one is able to tell me why is my package still with the courier company and not delivered to my address.

Aramex have improved their service. A couple of months ago they were slack and unreliable but this last month I have been very happy with their service. Thank you a great service

Dissatisfied with your service. No update on tracking parcel sent on Monday still no indication of where the parcel is. I really thought your service was good but I'm dissapointed.

Wack service over the phone

The shipment was suppose to arrived by 12hoo even now IT has not arrived yet and time is 13.40pm.Im not happy at all.

Bad service, If I could I would not even choose the lowedt star here to rate this bunch of losers. Took a week to get my parcel but if you call them and hild on for a lifetime and then get cut off they brag about their 24hour delivery time. On the waybill clearly mafked 2 - 3 working days. LOL Good luck to you and Postnet, I'm considering using the Post Office in the future, at least they say "sorry" when they provide horrible services.
