Their service is nonsense.parcel sent to limpopo.After 7 days it hasn't been delivered.no one cares to tell where my parcel is.I will never use them again.

Iam still waiting for my parcel which was sent out on the 6/12 and every morning I check it says it has been sent for delivery on that day! Even now it says the same thing just different days. This is appalling to say the least! You deserve 0stars!

Terrible service, how can it take 4 days for a parcel from Rivonia to Kyalami and still hasn't arrived !!!!!! My actual rate is actually a minus but you don't provide for that, I'm forced to give you one.

Terrible service. I paid for overnight delivery, it's day 3 and have not received my parcel yet. I called Customer Care in Cape Town, the call was dropped whilst I was waiting to be transferred after holding for 15 minutes. I then called Durban branch and my calls were never answered. My business is dependent on this parcel, Aramex is untrustworthy!!!

My parcel have been out for delivery since since the 4th of December today is the 12th and i called twice today with no response for 4 and 3 minutes. Waste of time and airtime. I'm very disappointed.

Supposed to be an overnight service to major centres. Delivery has now taken 2 days and no phone number to get assistance with tracking!
