I've been waiting for a parcel which according to the tracking number, left East London on the 5th December, but still hasn't made its way to my destination which is 2hrs away from East London. When I call only music plays no one picks up. Poor service and no customer care

Worst service ever ever. Are you guys even real. Parcel lost. 40 minutes waiting on the phone. Shocking. Will never use you again.

What a kak service, phone not answered, sent important documents a week ago haven't arrived. Don't use this company.

U can never track ur package. U only know where it is when u get phoned to receive when they at ur door

Not delivered my parcel bad service

YouWow is this how you value customers. An overnight parcel but has not arrived yet it was sent on the 10th of December already. The reviews about this company are all true, you really are the worst courier company ever

I can never use Aramex in my entire life, it just ruined my business image by not delivering, they are not reliable...I regret ever trying it.....i actually think PEP and post office are the best I never went rong with them, they never disappoint, used them for years never had a problem, tried Aramex for 1nce I ruined my business

I have used Aramex for the past 3 years and have never had a problem... until now! I sent a parcel on Thursday last week, and today, 6 days later, my parcel has not been delivered. When I check the tracking number, it shows exactly what it did at 04.21 yesterday morning: “parcel is on route to recipient”. Tracking number DBP44144976064. Please check and communicate with me as to the whereabouts of my parcel.

Disappointed. Never delivered the next day. Always takes two or more days

Claim delivery address not valid, but you delivered to the same address 3 days ago.

Horrible service. Been waiting for my parcel since black friday. Sender sent it to them on 02/12. Now i just wasted my airtime holding for 6minutes no answer

Terrible service , was told parcel would arrive on Tuesday, then after waiting for the whole day told it will come the next day, got a message that it will arrive before 12noon, still waiting an hour later , no update on the website , call gets dropped when I call their offices.

Shocking service. If I call I get put onto a call Centre with music until all my air time is used up. I have been home and waiting for a parcel for 7 days. I have no words for my annoyance right now.
