Your service is not as efficient as you make it seem. I still do not know the whereabouts of my parcel. For 3 days its been showing as Parcel out for delivery. Its like your driver is walking to my house. Calling the call centre is also pointless. Email sent not response to that either. Clearly you have too much on your hands Aramex, let the small companies do the job and you retire.

First delivery one parcel was missing. Replacement was meant to be delivered yesterday. No feedback given to supplier. Very poor service. Don't even deserve 1 star.

Best in sending but on my receiving part its taking foreva and instead of delivering to the wrong address is it not wise u call the receiver first pliz pliz some of people wedo business with just dnt fill addresses

I still don't have my parcel. I was not there apparently. Driver did not call me as per instruction. Unisa delivery. Can I please get my parcel tomorrow I.e 11th December?

I'm highly disappointed with the service. It took me numerous telephone calls on the no. 08607678638 to track and chase the parcel number PNA27407293770 that was due to delivered on 10 Dec 2019 afternoon feedback which was totally untruthful but the parcel had still not reached its destination by 1h30pm, even after I went to the Post Net in La Lucia, Durban North, South Africa to get them to chase. To me it is very very poor service, work ethics on whoever is in charge of operations, logistics etc. I will go ahead with my rage on social media platforms

It's taken from 06 Dec till 10 Dec for the parcel to update that's it's now left my region and is in transit. By now the receipent has given up on the parcel. I am personally appalled by the service. Aramex does not even have a work co.za website. It does not work--this is false advertising as there is a site showing on the packaging; there is no inbound customer service of any form. It was my first time using the Aramex service and I doubt I will ever use it.
