Aramex reviews

I have posted this on 5th Dec and it took until the 10th Dec for the parcel to be updated as in transit. The parcel did not leave my region (as per tracking) until this morning 10 Dec. The receipent has been anxious and believes that the parcel will not ever reach it's destination and frankly has given up on it. I'm not impressed by the service neither. It is the first time using it and I most probably will never use it again. This service does not even have an active website--faulse advertising. This is not a service I have faith in.

I have been waiting for my parcel since it was sent on the 5 December and even today nothing indeed when i tracked the parcel they wrote that customer not reached but they never called me,,,,,, poor service eve

Aramex is the worst courier ever, still waiting for my parcel since the 2nd of this month even now... Such incompetence

Very reliable series

I’m so disappointed on Aramex since Thursday the status of my parcel has been,”Shipment on its way” I don’t know how many times I called this morning and Friday and I’ve told that my parcel is on its way it will be delivered before 12:00. I guess even now it’s still 12:00 as I still haven’t received my parcel. I’m angry&Frustrated at the same time by your poor customer service.

This is not the first time that I have been waiting sooooo long for my parcel. From the tracking info it left Kimberly on 2 December 2019. Totay is the 9th of December 2019 and still no parcel. Whats goiing on guys? Its a 4 hour drive from Kimberly to Upington??? Parcel number DBP44143383623

You are just too impossible to work actually you guys are now slacking complaints all over about your bad service why market yourselves as overnights couriers while you keep our parcels in your depots im never using your services again From joburg to Nelspruit you take 3 days to make a mere delivery

Sent parcel 6 dec thursday before 9am from east london to cape TOWN..its now Friday 6dec 2o44 pm stil no delivery not even a call...terible terrible service...i could have used pep paxi if I wanted it to get there later and pay cheaper..veri veri disappointed
