No answer to aramex on any extension to follow up on a parcel Poor service tried a number of times. What a waste of time.

Took more than a week without receiving my parcel.So disappointed

You guys are the worse and have very useless people working there as well been kept waiting on a call for 20min on different occasions and not only that you guys totally ignore your phone calls, no one there knows what kind of monkey business is going on there. Constantly getting smss that parcel is on the way 3 day later its still on the way..... Your all just pathetic

Highly unprofessional very unpleasant experience

Bad attitude. Parcels take almot a week to be delivered to the Winelands from Cape Town but Ram takes 2 days and gives a friendly service. Dressed neatly at all times. Aramex not -half the time they do not even know when parcel would arrive

Hey Aramex, whats up with my delivery. We were told that it takes one day for delivery, I sat at home yesterday waiting on you guys to deliver but nothing. Now I am reading all these reviews and it's making me worried. Please don't make me wait. Why is you service so bad now, we have used your service numerous times before but now you suck like a electro lux and not in a good way. Poor Service I’ve been waiting for my parcel it’s weeks now...ur service is poor

Im very disappointed with the service from Durban. Still waiting for my parcel to leave from there after its advertised that it takes 24 hours. Why give false advertising or is it just bad service. From PE to Margate took 1 day.

I've lost 2 clients with a threat of a 3rd one cancelling orders with me thanks to your pathetic service. Never have any company if your magnitude fail to have direct numbers in case of trouble shooting. You've my business big time. The mere fact that your invoicing department forgets or don't invoice an international parcel. I would've waited as a fool did I not become a pain and waste more than an hour and half of airtime trying to get through to your impossible telephone lines, for a parcel thats been sent back by customs. What a pathetic company.

In my opinion you guys are just useless you are not worth 1 star. You blatantly lie to your customers

Parcel takes more than 2days your service sucks this is the 2nd time I’m experiencing such and tracking isn’t helping also
