My parcel was sent on the 28th November 2019 still waiting for it to be delivered. Checking my parcel status keeps saying "Shipment is on its way to final destination sorting facility" I am never using this service again. This company don't even deserve a 1star rating

Im still waiting for my package how possible is it that i was not even informed that they rescheduled my delivery ontop of that i was not eveb called to tell ne that they're on the way to deliver my this. Im so disappointed

At times you on time but the last parcel I sent last Thursday it still says it's on its way to final destination but the other one arrived on Friday!!!!

Worst service ever. Parcel was sent 25 Nov and it has arrived in Durban 3 days in a row. Every time I query I am promised I will receive it TODAY absolute bull shit!!! Still no parcel. Pls can I know what the prob is
