No feedback from Aramex on delivery. After providing invoices for clearance they submit someone else's invoice causing customs to withhold.

Very poor service among all, I were supposed to receive delivery on Wednesday 27th, I bought something for my grandfather for his birthday on the 29th, but now I've missed it because of this useless courier

I cannot believe that a parcel that left East London on the 27th Nov is still not in my hands in Johannesburg, can someone just educate me on how courier services work?

Aramex is very slow to deliver,been waiting since in the morning, they've promised to drop my parcel before 12h00 now is 15:08 and still waiting. I'm not happy with their service.
