Pathetic, pathetic service,,, never again!

Paid for overnight service and despite receiving an sms to notify me that the parcel was supposed to be delivered on 27 Nov before 12h00, it is now 28 Nov @ almost 09h00 and I have still not received my parcel. What's the good of paying for overnight and then Aramex delivers when they want to without bothering to even attempt communicating. Bad...

Can't complain about Aramex great service,guys delivering for Mdantsane are the best they love their job.

As per tracking said did not get hold of customer but they were home waiting for delivery

You have been sitting with a package that is meant for me from the 20th and still waiting for the delivery and is the 28th. Not funny but will never use you. Unfortantly Cazabella used u.

I still waiting for my parcel the parcel was handed in on the 18 of November 2019 and we still haven't received it we were promised this morning that the parcel will be delivered to us just after 4 o'clock it is now 19:15 and we still haven't received it my mother waited since 4o'clock until 6pm in the street to stop them just in case they pass by I am very disappointed and I think this is a very poor service due to your negligence my child could not wrote her exams in time
