I'm disappointed Aramex doesn't keep their promise the ingored my WhatsApp and it's about one month since I placed my order on Shein and I paid money for the customs on Aramex but I still haven't received it they have poor services I never want Aramex to deliver anything I order from shein

Aramex is the WORST!! i tracked my parcel & it says it's undergoing processing at the operations facility but when I contacted them they say my parcel is still in customs & according to the tracking website,my parcel has been cleared from customs for a week now!

Bunch of liars and crooks I called them today they advised me that my parcel is still in China but its here in Sandton.I wish Shein could go back to Buffalo...This company is a scam what about our children's Christmas clothes...they are good to take our money for custom

Aramex doesn’t even deserve a one star rating, this service is absolutely pathetic! I have been waiting more than a month for my package and it’s still not here, it keeps telling me it’s in Sandton!! Never will I ever use this service again!!!

It has now been 19 days and still did not receive my parcel. Your service is a joke! I have Christmas gifts in that box and we are leaving on holiday on Sunday! Shein, please make use of Buffalo Logistics again, their service was outstanding!

Aramex has the poorest service I have encountered. My parcel has been sitting there for a week. I tried contacting them, no response. I would never recommend them or use their unexisting service again
