I am still Waiting for my parcel, the tracking has not been updated since the 7th of December. It is all Xmas presents. Can someone please help

You don't deserve any star your service is very poor, my parcel been in Port Elizabeth for two days now. No update nothing.

Your service are very poor ...not even an update on how far my parcel is...since 12December. I wouldve received my parcel already if it was still Buffulo

Since 01 December my parcel is still in Sandton and estimated delivery was 13-12 now its extended to another date ... very poor service yet I have paid lot of money for this courier

I'm not satisfied with aramex late update, their pricing is high, they are slow to deliver I think shein should reconsider about using aramex or else they gonna loose customers... When you call their landlines what they do pickup and hang up yooh am fed up with aramex

Will my parcel arrive before Christmas, what's taking so long? And why does Shein decide which courier company to use cause it seems like my package that was ordered in November 2023 will arrive November 2024....I'm angry

You are ridiculously expensive..but at the same time you are faster then Buffalo logistics

My parcel is in sandton from 6 Dec. Now 13th..... but why.... and coat me almost R500 where usually I pay no more than R200
