Its my first time using aramex and so far I wont rate the best I think it is the slowest corrie ever I have been tracking my parcel since the 14th till today they still looking for a number that's really bad

My parcel left mthatha on Friday 08th of November to Mpumalanga Bush buckridge, was my first time to send staff using Aramex my parcel is still in nelspruit for the past 3 days. Overnight service turned into a week service, Aramex standard is extremely poor. Very disappointed

They delivered my parcell to somebody else not even close to my address luckily we are staying in a small town and the lady where they delivered my parcell contacted me and I could get it from her. I did call the Bloemfontein Branch and told them what happened, the lady said that she will come back to me regarding this matter but until today nobody contacted me. This is not how you treat your clients.

Your staff need more training to be proffessionals and realise they are in a service industry. Unless if its just the organisational culture. I had to follow my parcel coz the driver was in an unnecessary hurry and still argues that its the way they are told to do things.
