I'm so disappointed I placed an order and it going 2 approximately 2 weeks now and haven't received it.Urls call center is very bad why ain't url taking our calls?

I have phoned twice today, no one answers. I have e-mailed twice, no response. Postnet sends an sms telling you about your parcel. You go on the site it never updates just says out for delivery. Whaaaat??? No update, no nothing. I'm STILL waiting ....... hoping I don't have to wait alll day for my parcel because no one gives any update. Pity you don't have half a star ......

I should be able to set notifications on the progress of the shipment, and should be able to see a estimated delivery time

I want to know about my package

I SENT A PARCEL ON THE 4TH, UP TO TODAY IT HASNT REACHED ITS DESTINATION. ALL I GET IS THAT THE PARCEL HAS REACHED THE SORTING FACILITY. IVE BEEN TRYING TO EMAIL UP TO TODAY I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED ARAMEX IS EXPENSIVE THEREFORE THE THE SERVICE ALSO NEEDS TO BE UP TO STANDARD. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Very slow I haven't received my parcel

What is shocking is that I dropped a parcel off in your container at 11am on Thursday, it is now Monday and still no parcel has arrived. Let me just tell you, the parcel contains winter pyjamas for a dying man, who is in urgent need for them, due to the fact that he is so thin, hence me paying a R100,00 for overnight delivery, maybe you should give me back my R100. I think it is disgusting to advertise overnight and then not to keep your work. I understand that things can go wrong, but my phone number is on your waybill, a courtesy call would have been in order

I think orders take too long from East London to Willowvale. It was yesterday when my order arrived at East London bt till nw hasn't reach my destination

I've been waiting and tracking my package since the 5th of November and still it's not reflecting on the system. What's worse you call their offices and they don't pick up you hold and wait for over 15mins and still no answer. You guys seriously need to be available to your customers
