Aramex reviews

I've been ordering from Shein for years I've never paid R1300 on duties and taxes, Aramex is such an expensive courier. I even sent special request on Shein support never to courier my parcels with Aramex in the future. When tracking my parcel it shows Sandton from the 5th of December, guess what when calling them it's not in the country yet. Disappointment is understatement, I'm disgusted with such poor service with such a huge amount I've paid.

SHEIN should leave aramex and stick to buffalo, buffalo is way better at delivering our parcels. I’m so disappointed in aramex

I've been waiting for mine too. It's been too long. Is it possible to go and collect from Aramex directly?

This company is not taking their business shem. My parcel has been at one place for 6 days now. I wonder how long will it take to get here.

Yoooooh Aramex is so expensive and poor service been tracking my parcel estimated date was today now it says not yet found I wonder how long will it take I'm first time buyer but not happy at all and some of the things I ordered are needed urgently yoooooh I'm super disappointed!!!!!

I am so dissapointed from shein involving aramex and i don't think i will heal somuch customs buffalo was the best especial the part that they can weight your parcel and charge you from their am used to buy from shein and i never come across aramex like what is happening i have just paid somuch and am not ohk shein please fix this

Aramex is not communicating. After we paid on the 7th to date the status is still the same... not reachable and useless whatsapp line. Bufallo was betterband quicker in delivering parcels.

Can you tell what is a delay with parcel number DBW47150440444 that meant for Chromite Amandelbult Limpopo Province. It was sent on the 4th December 2023 from Durban.
