What a nightmare it is to be in the dark. My parcel has been stuck in 1 place for a week now. Calls getting dropped at Aramex and worse on the Shein app when you follow the link to aramex its written in China, just amazing. How I wish my parcel was with Buffalo

Tortoise like delivery seems like Aramex is using a donkey drawn cart for delivery.

For a first time buyer, i was so happy to receive my parcel tomorrow, and now you change it to monday! From the 22 November, its almost longer than what Shein is permitted to me and already paying the fee, so what are the hold on, on my parcel. I need to leave my house Thursday and im still waiting and hope the rest reviews aren't true but it is!!! So sad! 17 days already!!

Aramex must just move out of the way for Buffalo. Useless courier ever , no update no delivery as promised . Aiiiiiii

I would much rather use buffelo services Aramax is difficcult to get hold of anyone the you speak to the robot they keep you waiting for hours with no reponse so dissapointed

My parcel had been “in transit to Aramex destination facility” for four days now!!! My estimated delivery date was today and still no movement!!!! Awful service!!!

I've been waiting for 3 days now no!

This is a poor service my parcel has not arrived till this day its estimated delivery date was on the third of December but it has not yet arrived and it's now the 8th I have not been updated bout my parcel it's still stuck at the airport at this time and calling them is a complete waste of time as they do not attend to you and their machines just repeat one thing all over this is unacceptable

Been waiting for my parcel since Friday still stuck in East London.am so disappointed because the owner was expecting it on the 5th.

Since the 25 of November and today it's the 08 of December no package no update! This is the worst! Baffalo is way better than this! I wouldn't recommend amarex to anyone! Their service is very poor!!
