I must say I'm more satisfied with Buffalo's service, I'm still waiting for my tax from Aramax

My parcel is not registered am not happy about that

Where is my parcel?paid lot of custom fee and my parcel is still not delivered I'm never ever buying from Shein because Aramex is one company I never liked bcz they take loooong to deliver and the sad part no communication

Aramex service is poor but expensive. I paid R1294.00 and I ordered last months still waiting. My parcel estimated time was 4 December then changed to 8 December and they told us they deliver on Tuesday and thursday. I think this will be my last order

Please don't put my order on hold no called me yesterday for a delivery I won't appreciate lies..called the call centre today and was told my order is out for delivery but still even now I haven't received it

Poor service providers, they don't bother to pick up calls

Bad service ! Buffalo is way faster than Aramex. Ordered 16 November and still waiting today is 7 Desember and still don’t have my parcel.
