Worst service ever

Thanx I got my parcel today

my parcel still hasn’t come and it’s been nearly over a month.. and i haven’t gotten many updates informing me when it’s coming and where it even is, now i dont even know if my order is going to come ever with the rate they’re going at

Worst service ever. Taking way to long to deliver a package, even the courier guy is faster

Until today no update about my parcel since the 9th of October, I want to use my stuff over the weekend and it's over 5 days since I payed but nothing received as yet, you are taking your own time

I've sent my payment proof and still now I never got an email update on my products

I've been waiting for my parcel since 28 september till now,im so dissapointed in them, how can they be so slow?worst part is that they stated that they're the fastest courier but guess what?no they need to improve their work

Agent rude... Agent can't give conclusive facts on a delivery... No constant updates.... OMG very frustrating to deal with.. Poorest service I've seen on a courier company

Your courier guy phoned me in Robertson asking the address. I gave it explain how to get to that wolmark shop. They did not receive any parcel from me. What will happen tomorrow ??...

Is there any other options where you choose a courier company because this one is bad,if there was a zero rate was gonna rate them 0
