Worst courier evee..I keep giving them a benefit of the doubt only to be dissapointed...24 hr service delivery is now 5 days plus, like WTF

You guys need to do better it been two weeks now waiting for my order you are so incompetent.

This is a bad courier, it's been now 13 days since I've waited for my parcel

WORST SERVICE EVER..IN SO DISSAPOINTED I NEEDED MY PARCEL 2 WEEKS BACK AND TILL TODAY HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT AND WHEN I TRIED CALLING THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND I END UP DROPPING MY CALL.

Aramex why don't you guys learn from other companies on how to deliver in time,it has been two weeks since I am waiting for my order...this is unreasonable though I paid

Poor service. My advice Never! Never! Never! Use aramex, no matter how desperate you are. I sent out a parcel last Monday morning from Jhb to Nelspruit. Today a week later, the recipient is still waiting. When I called them on Wednesday they said the parcel is with the third party because it is outside their route but can not give me the details of the third party. To day (Monday the following week) I called them and they said the third party has returned the parcel to them it is now in East London. Remember these people do not pick calls when you call, when they eventually answer they transfer your call and you wait another 20-40 minutes. The parcel is not trackable ( when I asked why, I was told its because it is with 3rd party and not on their system). All their platforms are just useless. So in my opinion Aramex is expensive because you spend your airtime to wait the whole day on the call trying to get information on the whereabouts of your parcel. They are very useless.

My uncle hasn't received his parcel from last month and he really needs it as soon as possible.

Hi,im Abongile Xuba appulled this shipping company, it's been a month now waiting for my parcel I don't know what's going on!!!

I am quite frankly appalled by this shipping company as I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week I have contacted Aramax for the parcel but they seem to not know where it is. This is ridiculous
