Pick up time was sceduled for pic up on 3o'clock at our local Pick&Pay, and then they collect an hour earlier and my parcel misses its urgent date!!!

The worst courier company ever very slow

My parcel is supposed to be delivered to Johannesburg but it's in Nelspruit why? You guys are not sticking to your turn around time.

Super slow service in comparison to Buffalo. Still waiting and no updates.

First of all it's NOT fast as it use to be and the increase in proce just for a way bill??? How and whyyyyy

Am not happy at all with this kind of service since monday my parcel is not registered

My parcel is not yet registered since monday,am on panic mode

The service is very poor. I sent a application document on the 20/9/23' for over the counter fast courier, only for this to be delivered late 4/10/23' , way past the date of the 29/09/23' closing date of the application. I wish their service can really improve, because it feels like I wasted my time and money.

So unreasonable, the driver lied that he couldn't reach me in my phone and my parcel had to go back to Sandton again , I even payed A tax that's half of the clothes for instance buying R2000 clothes and you pay R1020 for a tax how pathetic is that .

It's been a month expecting my parcel..I tried calling but no avail..I'm starting to lose hope..those are important documents and I'm in the part of losing my job because I don't even know where the documents are..it's hurtful
