You can learn a thing or 2 from Buffalo. Never have I experienced such a slow delivery. My parcel has been in transit from Thur. Is it coming on a snails back. For the prices you charge you shouldn't have such unhappy clients.

Still waiting for the parcel for 31/08 from Cape Town to Mthatha day I have not received it

Super bad service I've been receiving lately from Aramex it takes 2 days to deliver but worse on the 28 i went to Vanderbirjlpark quali save to send items to Upington till today the 3rd October nothing it keeps on saying its on its way

As from last week on Tuesday its a week now but the parcel is still not delivered a poor service unreliable no truth and not deliverer their promise at all

Not going to lie the service was not good, the customer service is sooo poor for real, they don’t call, they don’t send emails nor sms nothing at all. There’s no number online so even to reach them is a big problem. I was suppose to receive a package and we paid express but yet I’d to go and collect it by myself bcz the service was sooooooooooo poor, they said that they were trying to call me the day of the delivery but they never called me since the parcel arrived from Durban. We paid for express delivery and I had to pay again for my transport to go to the warehouse, money wasted bcz of their incompetence. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Am still waiting for my parcel,when I track it,it still on same location from the 26 of September,Aramex has poor service on it customers please I need my order.

I've been viewing the reviews the past few days and I wondered if I will receive my persal.,surely I was so wrong. I paid on the 28th and I received my parcel on the 2nd, I am so happy. Aramex is the best. Keep the good work up

Pathetic! Worst courier services ever. Parcel have been in transit for delivery since 28th September 2023. How long does it take to drive from Sandton to Bela Bela. Rate? ZERO STARS

One thing that irritates is lies. 3days later o get a call that the driver cannot reach me or my house. I have never went anywhere and there is nowhere my house cannot be found in town. I should have wore my dress to the wedding but couldn't because of made up lies. Next time I shop online I will use a different courier services. Very bad service

Poor service and to make contact is impossible

I used to read the reviews here and thought these people are just exaggerating.. But I have since proven for myself what an awful courier Aramex is.. if you are contemplating using it don't, you will regret yourself. It's almost a month now I still don't have my parcel...

Disappointing, very bad service.i won't recommend anyone to use it.they are unreliable with regard to time agreed upon. I am still waiting for my parcel. 0% rating.

I get parcels from USA and its gets here before even the date where it should arrive ,great service n no issues what so ever
