I sent a parcel and was not delivered to the receiver,today mark the 3rd week i dont know the problem and when i call they promise that it will be delivered tomorrow but never did,i a so disappointed because it is ruining my business as i am regarded as untrustworthy,i never experienced such thing,this one is surprising me and this make me to no longer use Aramex anymore.

An ox wagon from Stellenbosch to Port Elizabeth would have been quicker. Most pathetic courier I've ever used. I would even consider using the non existing SA Post office. Stay away please.

It's been two weeks now ...waiting for my parcel to arrive,not even one single call from aramax or update from aramax ..I've sent emails all they say is they'll get back to me...and the last update I got was my parcel is in head office of aramax in joburg..till now.. This is not the way how to treat clients...
