They delivered my parcel somewhere in Alex and it was supposed to be delivered in Mmabatho North West. I mean the address was there on the parcel but decided to drop it where they feel like. I will never use this useless courier ever again

My parcels status has been on out for delivery since Monday 07/08/2023, it said to be delivered on Friday the 11/08/23 still no delivery from Aramex Couriers.

Shockingly bad service they had my parcel in South Africa since 1 August. I paid Customs / delivery same day /within hours of notification yet I still don’t have my parcel- they said it’s delayed 3-5 days for Port Health Authority but cleared that now in limbo 3 days dues NO ONE WORK at Aramex South Africa? Your service has changed and it has become poor. I will not be using or recommend anyone to use it ever. Very rude staff members and they fo not know how to speak to customers. I wish there was a zero on the stars to rate because that is what I feel you deserve at this point.
