Your service, is THE WORST SERVICE EVER, i send a Registered letter to Spain, whith importan documents, yo promese that was going to take 10 to 13 day arriving, paid $ 37.70, I has being traking the letter, still in transit, it was send on 31 of October, to my Solicitos in Sevile, today is 22 of November and still does not arrive, I want to know wht happened. Parcel sent from Victoria to New South Wales tracking shows it was in Sydney on its way to metford mail centre some how its now in Brisbane no one can or wants to explain how it ended up in Brisbane paid extra for express posts now parcel is in the wrong state and Australia Post couldn’t care less very pathetic effort or lack of care would not recommend Australia Post as they just over charge for a service they can’t provide

Somethings are wrong, I am in Victoria parcel posted from NSW, tracking shows it in Melbourne,next day it shows up in NSW, gets in an endless loop. Pretty terrible state of affairs. Just a waste of time trying to track my parcels. Just wait for delivery,if and when it happens. Very disappointed. Martin.

Using tracking number, parcel posted from Sydney 3rd November, arrived Brisbane 5th November, no more info, Monday or Tuesday morning, very poor updates.

When you post a parcel express post on Thursday at 9.22 a.m. to go to Preston, Victoria and on Wednesday (almost a week later) it is going to Somerton Victoria for the 2nd time you know that Aust Post have got serious problems. I paid for express parcel post (guaranteed next day delivery) and 6 days later it still has not been delivered.

I seem to get other peoples mail with their correct address on it delivered to my house numerous times then have to deliver it my self to their house, also parcles left in rain and they never ring doorbell when parcels arrive.

It has been over a month for my parcel to turn up from the UK. And your Auspost tracking numbers and chatbots have absolutely no clue as to where my parcel is,despite repeated tracking number information being given. The so called customer service is not what this angry 'customer' would call 'service'..of any bloody kind. Auspost. ??..where is my parcel! You have repeatedly been of no help at all in finding my expensive mail,even though I have been extremely patient and followed correct Auspost proceedures.Auspost.m Find my mail..PLEASE?!?!

So, my experience with Aus Post was pretty average. They got my online order to me on time, but the package looked like it had been through a bit of a rough ride. Nothing major, but could've been smoother. Maybe it's just a one-off thing.

I've been having a bit of a rough patch with Aus Post lately. They just left my package on the doorstep without even bothering to ring the bell, and wouldn't you know it, it was pouring rain! My stuff got soaked and a bit beat up. Not the best experience, I gotta say.
