20692070033 this is my order ID I haven't received my courier till time, today I received a call from a person stating that he is from Blue Dart office and he ask me to pay some amount and update the address as my address was wrongly mentioned, when I denied he start misbehaving with me (mob no-087774 03870) my question if he is from Blue dart services then who gave him rights to misbehave with customer and if he is not from Blue Dart then how he get my number. Requesting prompt reply from Blue Dart representatives.

Blue Dart is a bunch of lazy crooks. Never trust them

I am happy to inform you that yours is the worst Courier service I have ever come across in the last 15 years. This courier service is run by a bunch of swindlers who have the habit of returning the parcel back to the consignor without any attempt to locate the consignee. In the past 15 years at least 10 times my cheque books sent to me through Blue Dart by ICICI bank was not delivered to me in spite of I am living in a city with easy access by all modes of transport. These monkeys sitting in their homes write the remarks on the package that the consignee was not traceable and send it back to the consignor. I am planning to do a video on the malpractices of Blue Dart and their irresponsible behaviour . They shamelessly take 4 times more parcel charges than the India post and do this to the innocent people. People are giving you one star because there is no option to give minus grading. Shame on you guys. Go for some day light robbery than cheating people like this

My tracking ID is 77608690563. It shows consignee not available even no one call me oc contacted for this.

Third class service, Very bad experience Last 2 days parcel at Ahmedabad depo and not yet delivered to me. As per vendor status it would be delivered a day before.

Service is not good my status is showing that parcel has delivered but still I don't got parcel and I have call on given number +918389906753 this number is fraud and it was mishapping

My packet still to be deleivered. Tracking is showing it at gaur city with remarks that shipment redirected on same awb at time 13.48 pm. Customer care person is asking me to furnish my personnel details in writing to confirm my details/ identity. NO BODY TILL NOW VISITED MY PLACE FOR DELIVERY . HOW CAN DELIVERY BE MADE WITHOUT VISIT. IS THIS A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS?

My courier neither called me nor said anything and automatically sent me a message saying it is on delivery. I am unable to understand what review should I give to Blue Dart. They are providing very bad service.

Very bad service of bluedart my product from khadi natural was to be delivered yesterday and one message comes that courier boy not able to contact the customer. How they can say when my family at home fullday.
