Very poor service. They are literally scamming . I was supposed to receive an important document yesterday but didn't receive it. Still got a message showing it's delivered. Cannot contact the delivery person neither any customer service

Parcel no. 77193796260 booked and send on 06/09/2024 from West Bengal to Chengannur Kerala, not yet received. On tracking it is lying at Kona wherehouse from 09/09/2024 onwards. No further movement not shown. It is a parcel contaong live plants. Very poor service .
