I have taken the courier service from blue dart...they damaged mg laptop..and denied to back my refund...Bluedart given me stress mentally for that issue...worst service ever...I am rating this organisation is -0

Worst delivery, within a day they close the delivery status even if it not delivered also.

Worst service, it's taken 7 days for delivery Gujarat to Gujarat And other takes maximum 3 days

If there is an option for zero star, I will give it. Worst ever service, still not received.

Worst service ever almost all the courier service take 2-4 working days but this is one of the bullshit service

Rating: 1/5 I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by them . My recent experience with them was a nightmare from start to finish. The courier failed to deliver my package on the promised date. they failed to update me on the status of my delivery. When I tried to contact them, I was met with long hold times and unhelpful representatives. Overall, I would not recommend bluedart to anyone. Their service was unreliable, unprofessional, and caused me significant inconvenience. Until they improve their service, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Pros: None Cons: - Late delivery - Damaged package

I send a courier to Bhuj, Gujarat.. by air, 4 days back... Till now it will not reach there... While on tracking it shows item wrongly reached Gandhidam, Gujarat.. It is an urgent matter for us.. Take immediate action to redirect the parcel to appropriate place..
