I placed an order, a parcel containing a new hooded jacket, on May 2.. I understand there could be a delay because of the COVID situation, yet it's now into July, and I am unable to find a time or reason, since the item has now entered Canada, why there is still this further delay. The tracking number is LX140608772CN . I am beginning to feel as if I am holding out false hopes in expecting this item, or been "had", and being strung along. Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
