What has happened to Canada Post? And please don’t blame Covid. It seems that the large mega shippers are pushing regular folks out of the way! Why does it take cover 1 1/2 weeks to send a letter from London Ontario to Toronto Ontario? Why can I not pay for and expect a small package to be sent be expedited mail from London to Toronto? Really incredibly poor service when it used to be quite good. Reset your priorities or at least align them to be the same for everyone!!!!!!!!!

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
