I have been waiting for a parcel since May, I look in my mail box almost everyday. Two weeks ago i checked Canada post tracking to see what my parcel was and it showed it was not received yet. I look today and it says there was a card left to say when and where to get my parcel. I never had anything left for me, and I've been getting upset with the company and not you guys. I'm going tonight to see what you guys can do about this since I never got a card in my mail box or on the door. There is also someone at my house 24/7 and we never saw anyone from canada post.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
