Very poor service. My parcel for some reason was delivered to Woodstock.On. It was addressed for Ottawa On. Also very unclear how to contact Canada Post to rectify this issue. How my order went to the wrong city is beyond me.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
