Considering the pandemic and EVERYONE buying online these front line workers who have been as busy as they have ever been with no end in sight. I say they've been doing an excellent job with all these things considered. Everyone needs to relax, unfortunately in these covid times it's going to take a little longer now and with the surge in online shopping Canada Post is getting slammed. And they only deliver 5 days a week. Unlike the US postal service which I believe is 6 days a week. Thanks again Canada Post!. Fantastic job! And I appreciate you guys and girls.

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
