Service on phone isn't the greatest I waited 12 mins just to be told they can't tell me where my package is yet I gave them a tracking number told me I'd have to wait til 8PM when it updates. USPS is no better said delivery was at my place at 7:25AM (like whos up at that ungodly hour) no knock no doorbell ring and they left NO notice that my parcel arrived I found out my tracking it online not the greatest services

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
