We send many family & friends parcels. Canada Post has greatly improved their delivery service as the parcels are always delivered on time & in good condition. Much appreciated. Only one complaint: The cost seems to have increased considerably during the same time.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
