I have sent a small package of pills to my wife at Vancouver on tuesday. Option 3 days delivery and at Saturday the package was not delivered yet. Why I paid for 3 days delivery? They (poste canada) do not care. They have to reimburse me. Poor service.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
