Placing an order from the US using Canada Post working alongside Landmark is just a disaster, delivery takes weeks and the "parcel tracking" is a total joke, once a week You can see how Your package managed to move a couple of hundred miles, if even that. The marriage between the two is an incredibly dysfunctional relationship imho. Canada Post on its own is a great deal better than the two together. Using FedEx or UPS alongside CP is whole new game, ordering a package from Puerto Rico to B.C. is much faster than ordering from the State of New York to B.C., how the hell is that possible, smh??

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
