I sent a flat rate parcel to Victoria, B.C on Oct 7, On my tracking Oct. 8, it showed the parcel was processed at Richmond and arrived back to Edmonton on Oct. 10. Today Oct.12, the tracking still showed processed to Edmonton. I did check the label and confirmed there is no mistake on the label. I had even talked to a representative from Canada Post who told me that he had flagged this parcel and had assigned a reference #137891009. It seems to me that this parcel is being processed twice back to Edmonton beside its originating . How frustrating!

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
