I feel that some parcel delivery companies , are using Covid-19 as an excuse used as reasons for not delivering parcels that are showing OUT FOR DELIVERY when customers look up the status of their parcels using the Canada Post Parcel Tracking System online. Unfortunately, Canada Post is another parcel delivery company abusing the Covid-19 excuse. Yes, I did mention excuse because if my package is scanned as being out for delivery but yet when I look up the status of my package at the end of the day it shows “Not delivered due to Covid-19”. So since I know about the delivery protocols and such, I believe that whatever packages were scanned out for delivery but for whatever reason your team member wasn’t able to deliver that package, then the packages that were scanned “Out For Deliver” should be prioritized. Obviously, the procedures and protocols aren’t being enforced.

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
