This is a joke! I dropped off an envelope to be sent by the fastest method possible. It was to go from Edmonton to San Diego. I was advised that Express Post was the fastest and most expensive. It would arrive in days or perhaps longer given co-vid. So, I reluctantly went with it as it was an urgent matter. I have used the tracking program and discovered that it has now sat in Edmonton, its starting point for 3 days. Further, I am told that it is not scheduled to be delivered until October 23rd, some 9 days later. Are you kidding! I used ordinary mail about 1 month earlier but paid for tracking and it only took 5 days to arrive. It was a whole lot less expensive as well. In trying to contact someone by phone, that is another whole problem as the system makes it too difficult to speak to a living, breathing person. So disappointing. Not prepared to ever use Canada Post again. They ask me to rate them and provide 5 stars. I can't submit this unless I give them at least 1 star. so, that is what I will give just to submit this rating but in truth they don't deserve even 1 star. A very upset customer!!!!!!
