I sent two packages at the same time. I have only one tracking number. The second package was not on sales slip and unable to track. The person I sent it to has not received it yet. I suspect the mail clerk has a problem with me because she sent someone to acost me about theft that was false. I smelt marijuana on her at the time. I found her to be rude towards me possibly because I’m am aboriginal looking Metis. 0

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
