Very disappointed, I dropped my parcel at 9:00 am tuesday morning so it would be sent out the same day. It wasn't processed or excepted into Canada Post system until after 3pm the same day, then it sat until the following day till 5pm when it was picked up for shipping. Why it had to wait an extra day to be shipped I have no idea! I told the clerk it was time sensitive and the sooner it could be sent the better. She was very rude and hard to deal with from the start and it will be the last time that I go to that location to mail anything. (the location is: Sobeys at 5011 23 avenue).

So i pay canada post extra money for exspress delivery but its late and hasnt shown up as promised so why is it i dont get a refund sonce the delivery was Not delivered on time

Sent a package from Vancouver to Toronto last on 15 Aug. just checked status today and the package is still in Vancouver. Pretty slow. If this is Express Mail, I can imagine the delay for a regular mail.

Canada post is great packages usually come on time or even earlier then expected. Delays and cutoffs are the worst though and we don’t give enough credit to Canada post and the great work they do to deliver us our mail on time .
